James T. & Betty Coffey Grants

PURPOSE:

The purpose of the James T. & Betty Coffey Fund shall be to award grants to schools and other youth support organizations, so as to involve as many children as possible in programs of drug and violence prevention, life skills and learning opportunities, as well as to insure that young people are actively engaged in significant service and service learning activities.
